We are conveniently located in a quiet residential area just a 20 minute walk away from the historic Barbican and city centre.

Large spacious non smoking ensuite bedroom located on ground floor. The room features a large bay window providing lots of natural daylight.

The room contains a double bed with complimentary tea and coffee facilities. Complimentary towels, bed linen and toiletries are also provided. There is a flatscreen smart TV for your use and complimentary fast Wi-Fi provided. In the ensuite you have a toilet washbasin and shower.
Guests have the use of a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is cutlery crockery and pots and pans also available to be used. Each guest room is allocating a cupboard in the kitchen. There's also iron and ironing board available for your use. The kitchen is shared between four guest rooms.
Parking is on the street outside opposite the property there are no restrictions or parking charges. In the late evening it may get busy and difficult to find a place directly opposite the property
